Responsibilities:
- Serves as a project manager and team leader on broadband and digital infrastructure advisory engagements
- Provides insights on commercial, financial, funding, planning, and policy-related topics associated with federal and state broadband funding programs
- Advises on strategies for assisting state broadband offices on federal and state funding programs implementation, GIS mapping, cost estimating, technical assistance to subrecipients on broadband networks (fiber-optic network / fixed-wireless network, etc.), stakeholder engagements/communications, and knowledge of federal funding requirements
- Analyzes, evaluates, and advises state broadband office/state information technology clients on their broadband and digital infrastructure development
- Advises state broadband office/state information technology clients on planning, program design, evaluation, and procurement-related strategies and strategic plans
- Serves as a manager for the planning, design, procurement, and implementation phases of federal-state broadband funding programs, including grant monitoring, compliance, and reporting
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as team lead on broadband and digital infrastructure advisory engagements
