• Strong skillsets in business modeling and notation/decision managing notation

• The team is looking for an expert in drawing business processes

• Usage and knowledge of BPM tools is a must – such as BPMN-IO, iGrafx

• Able to give concrete examples of business modeling during an interview

• Financial background is helpful, but not required

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Will be asked to facilitate small meetings with SMEs and be able to ask questions, listen, and create a business model

• Onboarding experience (KYC to contracts to account activation, etc.) is highly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities will include eliciting business requirements from business users and subject matter experts, defining and documenting requirements, writing functional specifications, and performing business process design with operations teams. Serve as liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Led requirements validation and traceability analysis, managed scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycle, Led development of common standards and tools, Assisted in operational rollout and support, and Transformed business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization.

Additional responsibilities will include: Gather requirements from the business line users for various systems. Could you fully document all requirements and solutions? Liaise with internal and external technology partners. Work closely with administration, technology, and operations partners. Participate in releases and perform system integration testing. Perform/organize user acceptance testing. Prepare project status reports for Senior Management. Use strong verbal and written communication skills, with particular emphasis on producing clear and detailed written business requirements and functional specifications. Requires both independent (self-motivated) work and with a distributed team (i.e., physically located in other regions). Must build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology partners; Understand and analyze business processes & workflows. It needs to be understood about the Structured Finance business and an interest to develop this knowledge further. 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
