Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive Oracle EPM and PPM solutions to meet financial and planning needs.

Understanding of business requirements and ability to architect solutions.

Innovative thinker, technically savvy, and a strategic problem-solver.

Experience applying architecture concepts in an agile environment.

Collaboration across multiple business partners, Finance Product Teams, R&D PMO, Enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams.

Designing and implementing new systems, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems.

Translate verbal requirements into requirements documents, statements of work, and proposals.

Develop high-level and detailed solution designs aligned with financial and project management objectives.

Integrate new EPM and PPM systems with other enterprise systems such as SAP, Kronos, JIRA, Tableau, SuccessFactors.

Design data models and architectures facilitating accurate financial data collection, storage, and analysis.

Project management skills ensuring assignments are delivered within agreed scope, time, financial, and quality measures.

Experience in Oracle EPM suite of products including Oracle EPM cloud Data Management, Planning (EPBCS), Consolidation (FCCS) applications.

Good understanding of EPM and PPM Application end-to-end workflow, batch schedules, data and metadata management, Automate, Security, data transformations to Inbound and Outbound systems.

Architect with deep knowledge of PPM (Planisware) and project management methodology.

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in DevOps tools like Jenkins and BladeLogic for automated application deployments, Apache Active MQ for messages, Code Configuration like GIT.

Experience in handling Migration activities like Database migration, Application or Windows servers migrations.

Exposure to various tools like Microsoft VISIO, Win SCP, Splunk.

Actively participate in issue resolutions, bridge calls, talking to external vendors, doing full RCA of issues, and client handling activities.

Experience in validating migrated data with different functional and technical scenarios.

Understanding and Analyze Big Data in Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), JAVA, and HADOOP Framework using HIVE, PIG, HBASE, HDFS.

Customizing TCS In-house Interface tool to reduce migration cost and increase client revenue.
