·         7 years development experience with Power BI

·         3 years experience of leading BI projects

·         3 years experience of working with databases

·         Ability to lead projects, assist offshore team with BI development and directly participate in development when needed

·         Ability to work with stakeholders, understand business requirements and translate them into actionable instructions

·         Having backend experience of Azure Databricks would be preferred.

·         Team player and doer

·         Experience with building project plans

·         Experience with Databricks and cloud storage is a big bonus

·         Experience with Tableau is a minor bonus
