Lead Resource Specification:
Candidates who are on long term projects
Good Communication and Personality
3-5 years of Lead experience
Python Django + Java Spring boot + AWS

Must-have skills (top 3-5):

Pure Python (Django).
Any front end JavaScript framework.
CloudFront, load balancers.
Understanding of AWS.
• Proficiency at designing and developing software using many of the following:
[Python (Django)], SQL (Postgres), AWS (S3, Fargate, ElastiCache, RDS), Terraform, Athena, Fargate, Step Functions, ElasticSearch
• Experience building enterprise software with complex business rules and data models
• Experience designing and developing microservices or other distributed systems
• Experience with scaling to work with large data sets

Nice to Have Skills: 
Java.
Flutter.
