**Position:** Senior Web Developer with Safesoft/FME Experience
**Location:** Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT), Providence, RI
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and assist in building integrations to and from Oracle Primavera Oracle Unifier using Safesoft/FME.
- Design, configure, and implement RESTful Web Services between various On-Prem SQL Server Environments and Hosted licensed products.
- Develop RESTful API Web Services using .NET (.NET Core, C#, or VB) for processes not compatible with FME.
- Document all integrations, including technical architecture diagrams and providing training and support to State Staff.
- Create UAT Test Plans and oversee acceptance of integrations.
- Design, test, and document plans for System Recovery in case of system changes or configuration errors.
- Execute deployment to Production for go-live dates, including providing go-live support.
- Provide ongoing technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-Production support for 6-12 months.
**Skills Required:**
- Extensive experience in Safesoft/FME for building RESTful Web Services.
- Proficiency in .NET development (C# or VB) for building integrations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Unifier PMIS Systems or similar system services.
- Experience with Middleware SQL Server.
- Knowledge of 3rd Party Integration tools to streamline processes.
- Ability to work with public sector clients and experience in agile methodology.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience developing, establishing, managing, and supporting FME RESTful API Web Services for Oracle Unifier PMIS Systems or similar systems.
- Experience in .NET RESTful API Web Services development (C# or VB).
- Track record of successfully partnering with clients and working with public sector entities.
- Capacity to provide comprehensive solutions aligned with project requirements.
- Commitment to project timelines and ability to provide continued support for Phase 2 (Production) for 6-12 months.
