JOB DETAIL

We need someone on the SharePoint who is self-driven, is able to understand what we are trying to achieve/accomplish as SharePoint project as we this is a very critical and sensitive topic internally and want to make sure we bring on someone who is proactive, communicative and is able to digest our needs appropriately

 

Technical Skills:

· Overall SharePoint experience of 8 to 12 years.

· A deep understanding of SharePoint Sync Functionality and how to optimize / troubleshoot common issues.

· Best practice knowledge for site management and spin up.

· Best practice knowledge for Document Library management

· Bets practice knowledge for “Makes Sense” controls (e.g. Limiting shortcuts, establishing site standard protocol)

· Fluency in permission auditing and report generation

· Ability to identify “low hanging fruit” automation areas in our environment.

· In a perfect world, we would like to lean on this resource to guide us on improving the current state and advise us on a future state.

· Proficiency in using SharePoint for collaboration, document management, and workflow automation.

· SharePoint design, site architecture, access management, data migration and governance.

· Organizing domain-level report that consolidates information for all sites, providing a comprehensive overview. The report should include details about each site and the types of permissions granted to users.

· PowerShell Scripting experience who can help them move documents from OnPrem to SharePoint

· Hands on experience with agile process

Soft Skills

1. Collaboration & Communication: Crisp and clear communication with IT and non-IT resources at various levels of the organization, including senior leadership layer and other external vendors.

 

Behavioral Skills :

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Excellent organization and time management skills

 

Qualification:

· Graduation in Finance is preferred.
