    •    8+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Java Developer with knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and various frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and REST
    •    Experience with developing responsive, mobile-first user interfaces using AngularJS, React, or other related frameworks
    •    Experience with databases like MySQL
    •    Experience with software development tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and agile methodologies
    •    Ability to write automated tests and have experience with test-driven development (TDD)
    •    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    •    Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud services is a plus
    •    Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
