·       Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the implementation and/or support of Workforce Software solutions

·       Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.

·       Hold current Workforce Software Certifications

·       Experience with multiple operating systems implementations

·       Experience in implementing web-based technologies Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal with senior executive levels of the organization (internal and external)

·       Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects in an organized manner.

·       Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and propose solutions

·       Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance.
