Implement process improvements and automations to optimize operational and support processes•

Interface on a day‐to‐day basis with other solution analysts, business users, engineers, QA, and IT managers to support business operations

Experience in technical roles on at least one full‐lifecycle CPQ projects, with strong implementation

expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Conga CPQ,PROS CPQ and Microsoft Dynamics and/or SFDC
