Collaborating with the creation and implementation of a data governance strategy that aligns with the organization s business strategy, security interests and data requirements that follow industry standards.

Collaborate with other data professionals, such as data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and data stewards to deliver data solutions, develop standards, and support data governance initiatives.

Define and enforce data policies and standards such as data quality, data security, data privacy, and data ethics.

Establish and manage data quality and data lineage programs to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and traceability.

Develop and maintain data models, data catalogs, data dictionaries, and data glossaries to document and communicate the data architecture and data definitions.

Design and build data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, and data streams to support data ingestion, integration, transformation, and analysis.

Create and maintain the data architecture of our cloud-based systems, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility.

Research and evaluate new data technologies and trends such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence. Recommend solutions that meet the Company s data needs and goals.

Support database administrators, network designers, and Information Systems (IS) personnel to create effective and secure methods for data backup and recovery.

Assist all areas of IS in recruitment of technical talent.

Work with teams to improve employee knowledge and skills for future organization growth.

Coach, mentor, and guide employees to be empowered and productive.
