- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline. Equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years related experience with Microsoft server / desktop operating systems, basic network troubleshooting, and PC hardware required.
- Ability to be able to occasionally work nights/weekends if project or support needs dictate.
