We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in the MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Semiconductor domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in MES Business Analysis, including due diligence, fit gap analysis, and solution provision using out-of-the-box (OOTB) product features. This role involves working closely with customers or departments on technical issues, analyzing information, and recommending and planning the installation of new systems.

Technical/Functional Skills

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in MES Semiconductor domain, specifically in MES Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end manufacturing processes and MES modules.
• Expertise in Critical Manufacturing MES Tool is preferred.
• Proficiency in writing SQL stored procedures for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, deployment, and UAT.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
