Strong knowledge on various Software licensing modelsh. Strong knowledge on Software normalization process, Reconciliation process i. Extensive knowledge on Software asset management processes, including software procurement, license management and compliance verificationj. Knowledge on software asset management tools to monitor software usage and license allocationk. Strong knowledge on Software Discovery, Normalization, Reconciliation processl. Understanding KPIs and convert them to requirements for implementation using ServiceNow SAM Prom. Knowledge on ITOM, Content Library, CSDNn. Knowledge on creating and using dashboards on various SAM KPIso. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate functional requirements to technical information Good-to-Have 1.
