- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Engineer, specializing in co-developing product vision/roadmap and translating them into actionable epics, features, and stories.
- Proficient in running Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including annual and quarterly planning activities with IT, POs, and stakeholders.
- Solid background (minimum 5+ years) in Enterprise Software Development, with expertise in RDMS, SQL, PL/SQL, etc.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive research of existing processes and systems to align product goals with organizational objectives.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product Managers and SMEs to prioritize feature development based on business value.
- Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring adherence to software development lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with working closely with software engineers within an agile development framework.
- Ability to elicit, create, and refine epics/features, along with documenting requirements using various artifacts.
- Experience in conducting testing, tracking bugs, and ensuring resolution before production deployment.
- Proficiency in utilizing data and analysis to support solution impact and process improvements.
- Previous exposure to product companies or startups is preferred.
- Familiarity with Data Analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries in relational databases.
