JOB DETAIL

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, validate requirements, and obtain consensus among stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions to address them.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to guide decision-making and support business process re-engineering efforts.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior business analysts, providing them with support and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process modeling.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are advantageous.
