* Works closely with business users and IT to write business requirements, create user stories, test plans, and other project documentation* Understand the reporting requirements and assists in trouble shooting issues* Leverage Jira to create user stories and document project updates * Collaborate with technical teams for any required integrations with third-party applications* Recommend enhancements to streamline processes and improve efficiency* Help monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet project deadlines and goals* Analyzes business needs, processes, and requirements, and develops software requirement specifications* Collects business requirements and creates user storied and flow charts* Communicates system changes and processes to appropriate personnel, documenting any processes as necessary* Troubleshoots and resolves issues or assigns issues to the appropriate internal expert* Follows up with external and internal business users on status of open issues* Performs other tasks as assigned to ensure integrity of data and accurate reporting
