o Collaborate and negotiate with business partners and vendors to understand requirement needs and resolve any gaps or risks/issues
o Identify, communicate, and support resolution of technical, tactical, and operational project issues and risks
o Prepare and deliver status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders
o Communicate project plan, changes, direction, approach, and priorities based on changing business requirements, circumstances, new information and/or budget considerations to stakeholders
o Facilitate project team and stakeholder meetings for the resolution of project related issues
o Build and maintain relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.)
o Lead project teams in identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies

• PMP Certification andCSM Certification
• Advanced skill in project management to include establishing and leading project teams; managing timelines/deadlines/resources; ensuring successful project implementation
• Experience in IT resource allocation and management
• Significant experience working and participating in cross–functional, multi–dimensional teams and projects
• Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
• Significant experience in collaborating across organizational boundaries and building partnerships across various functions
• Significant experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff
• Advanced presentation skills to include polished executive presence
• Advanced knowledge of project lifecycles and development methodologies
• Advanced skill in MS Office Suite, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
• Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
• Advanced skill in building strategic and execution focused plans and alliances with partner leadership
