• Develop PHP web applications using frameworks like CodeIgniter, following industry best practices.
• Understand and implement fully synchronous behavior in PHP.
• Support front-end development using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Write quality back-end code and build efficient PHP modules using object-oriented programming.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and their query languages.
• Familiarity with Linux OS, virtual machines, and REST APIs.
• Create technical/design documents as needed.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Ensure accessibility and security compliance.
• Implement design principles for scalable applications.
• Integrate multiple data sources and databases.
• Use code versioning tools such as Git.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and deliver quality code after thorough unit testing.
• Handle multiple priorities and provide support to resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interacting directly with all levels of business stakeholders.
• .Net development experience strongly preferred.
