• Proven experience as a Mainframe Application Developer• End to End understanding of #Agricultural Contracts , #Manufacturing, #Pricing and #Sales • Mainframe Developer with of experience reading and writing code in #COBOL.• Mainframe programming skills including #JCL, #DB2, #IMS DB/DC, SQL, MFS, ISPF, and #Xpediter.• Good understanding of ITIL v3 guidelines will be preferable.• Understanding of Agriculture & Food Processing Business Value Chain relating to multiple crops like Corn, Soybean, Wheat, Oil Seeds.• Knowledge of various design/Build Software Development methodologies, such as: Agile #BDD "Behavior Driven Development", agile #TDD "Test Driven Development", waterfall, Kanban, lean, extreme programming Excellent verbal / written communication skills• Good Microsoft Office skills Word, Power Point , Excel & Visio• Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment• Strong sense of personal accountability and communication skills• Contributes beyond job role and responsibilities• Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly with self-direction• Passionate about continuous improvement in organizational practices
