Build, implement, and continuously improve an organization's overall business and information needs to develop solutions to business and related technology problems.
Lead development, implementation, execution, and optimization of process design associated with new system(s), data analysis, data conversion, and data cleansing.
Work with stakeholders to identify business process improvement changes, designs, and priorities.
Core focus on establishing governance, discovery/design, requirements gathering, testing, and training, including creating training materials, etc.
Incorporate appropriate change approaches and Agile methodologies: attending daily standups, writing Tech Stories, participating in Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on Agile Planning, Grooming, and Tracking.
Create dependency and user stories and manage backlog and active sprints in Jira.
Coordinate/collaborate across functional pillars to provide project status updates for teams and leadership.
Ensure process adoption and organizational change management within the Master Data Management Team.
Identify process-related changes and impacts through a systematic approach to assess and analyze effects of any modifications made to an existing process.
Create and manage measures and metrics that help identify known weaknesses to be strengthened.
Establish and build a risk matrix in order to escalate known issues and risks and provide guidance on moving forward.
