JOB DETAIL

  • Build, implement, and continuously improve an organization's overall business and information needs to develop solutions to business and related technology problems.
  • Lead development, implementation, execution, and optimization of process design associated with new system(s), data analysis, data conversion, and data cleansing.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business process improvement changes, designs, and priorities.
  • Core focus on establishing governance, discovery/design, requirements gathering, testing, and training, including creating training materials, etc.
  • Incorporate appropriate change approaches and Agile methodologies: attending daily standups, writing Tech Stories, participating in Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on Agile Planning, Grooming, and Tracking.
  • Create dependency and user stories and manage backlog and active sprints in Jira.
  • Coordinate/collaborate across functional pillars to provide project status updates for teams and leadership.
  • Ensure process adoption and organizational change management within the Master Data Management Team.
  • Identify process-related changes and impacts through a systematic approach to assess and analyze effects of any modifications made to an existing process.
  • Create and manage measures and metrics that help identify known weaknesses to be strengthened.
  • Establish and build a risk matrix in order to escalate known issues and risks and provide guidance on moving forward.
