·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Tableau visualizations

·       Develop, design, and implement Tableau dashboards and reports to effectively visualize data insights

·       Create calculated fields, sets, parameters, and data connections to optimize Tableau dashboards

·       Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Tableau reports to ensure optimal performance and usability

·       Provide technical support and guidance to users on Tableau best practices and data visualization techniques

·       Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability for Tableau reporting

·       Stay updated on Tableau latest features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve Tableau solution

·       Adherence to coding standards, Risk and Controls

·       Able to work on different source integrations

·       5+ Years of Tableau Experience / Hands on implementation

·       Strong in SQL

·       Need to seamlessly work as a team in a multi-vendor environment

·       Good in Communication and collaboration

·       Stay updated with Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve skills and solutions

·       Team Management and able to manage the tasks/activities

·       Should be open to learn and work on Process Intelligence Tools (Process Mining/Task Mining etc.,) based on the need and capacity availability
