Minimum 12 + years of Overall experience in Salesforce and as a Minimum of 5 + years of Salesforce Technical Architect
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
Strong experience in Salesforce flows
Strong experience in Partner Management, Commerical Deals, Promotion tools
