1. Test Planning and Execution:

   - Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to project requirements and specifications.

   - Utilize Selenium and Catalina for automated testing in cloud environments to ensure efficient and thorough test coverage.

   - Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

 

2. Usability Testing and Feature Prioritization:

   - Conduct usability testing to evaluate the user experience and interface design of software applications.

   - Collaborate with product managers and development teams to prioritize features based on user feedback and business objectives.

 

3. Bug Tracking and Defect Management:

   - Identify, document, and track defects found during testing using bug-tracking systems.

   - Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality deliverables.

 

4. Data Information Audit:

   - Perform data information audits to verify the accuracy, integrity, and security of data stored and processed by software applications.

   - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards, including PII (Personally Identifiable Information) requirements.

 

5.Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) Testing:

   - Conduct testing of IDS/IPS systems to assess their effectiveness in detecting and preventing security threats.

   - Collaborate with security teams to validate rulesets, fine-tune configurations, and optimize detection capabilities.

 

6. PII Information Certificates Testing

   - Validate PII information certificates and encryption mechanisms to ensure the secure handling of sensitive data.

   - Perform comprehensive testing of data encryption, tokenization, and access controls to protect PII from unauthorized access or disclosure.

 

7. Quality Assurance Documentation:

   - Create and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, test reports, and compliance assessments.

   - Ensure that QA documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

8. Must be able to perform a full IDE for QA Ops, Testing Framework Integration, Code Inspection and Analysis

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in quality assurance testing, with expertise in Selenium and Catalina for automated testing in cloud environments.

- Strong understanding of usability testing principles and methodologies, with experience in feature prioritization based on user feedback.

- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and experience in defect management processes.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and experience in auditing data information and PII certificates.

- Proficiency in testing IDS/IPS systems and assessing security controls for threat detection and prevention.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

- Relevant certifications in quality assurance and security testing are a plus (e.g., ISTQB, CEH, CISSP).
