Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant specializing in data migration to facilitate the transition from legacy systems to Dynamics. 

Responsibilities include assessing existing data structures, planning migration strategies, executing data extraction and transformation, validating migrated data, and coordinating system retirement. 

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with proven experience in data migration projects, preferably within the Dynamics ecosystem. 

Proficiency in Dynamics CRM/ERP platforms, database concepts, and ETL processes is essential. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. 

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals are advantageous.
