Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of experience in strategic portfolio management, project management, and ServiceNow implementations.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certification preferred.

Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules including Service Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Service Portal.

Strong analytical skills and ability to drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations on time and within budget.
