•    Refined processes and understanding of how to "Test" code and applications for performance and correctness
•    7+ years of experience with web application development using JavaScript (strong object-oriented programming experience with data structures)
•    Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design, data structures, and algorithms
•    Deep understanding of web application development and best practices
•    Experience developing responsive websites
•    Solid knowledge of CSS, Sass/LESS, HTML
•    Proficient in React.js or Vue.js
•    Solid knowledge of HTML DOM and Event APIs
•    Experience reading network panels and performance dashboards (what happens between the server and the browser)
•    Experience working with OOP PHP
•    Effective communication skills
•    Experience with observability tools for logs and performance monitoring
•    Must have experience with GraphQL, Node.JS and Next.js 
•    Experience with frameworks like Symfony or Laravel or Zend
•    Refined processes for Diagramming and Documentation to communicate design and ideas
