• Minimum 15+ years of experience in technology, with at least 10 within ML/AI.
• A strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and natural language processing.
• Deep understanding of Neural networks and how they work.
• Strong understanding of Architectures like CNN, RNN.
• Experience with transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5, Llama).
• Deep understanding of Pre-training process.
• Knowledge of the LLM ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of math, statistics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant Machine Learning libraries (e.g., Transformer, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and distributed computing.
• Experience with lots of POCs and R&D work for potential use cases within Customer complaints, customer sentiment, risk calculation, to name a few of potential use cases.
• Nice to Have: Banking Industry experience.
