•              Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•              8+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

•              Proficiency in TIBCO integration technologies, including TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Administrator.

•              Experience working with EDI protocols and standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.

•              Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and other data transformation technologies.

•              Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.

•              Knowledge of database systems and SQL.

•              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

•              Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

•              Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and integrations using TIBCO technologies.

•              Implement and enhance EDI solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems and trading partners.

•              Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for integration projects.

•              Develop and maintain integration solutions that adhere to industry best practices and standards.

•              Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

•              Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

•              Develop and maintain documentation for integration solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and deployment procedures.

•              Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in integration and EDI to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

•              Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
