Design, develop, and maintain web applications using VB.NET and ASP.

Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries to support application functionality.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

Create technical design documents, including system architecture diagrams, database schema designs, and interface mockups.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve technical skills and enhance software development processes.

Mentor junior developers and guide on technical issues and best practices.
