-Five (5) or more years managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse 
teams; 
-Seven (7) or more years utilizing project software such as Microsoft Project, Planisware, Sciforma, 
Primavera, Jira, etc., to track and maintain complex projects; 
-Five (5) or more years developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules based on 
work breakdown structures; 
-Five (5) or more years of experience with PMO methodologies and documentation; 
-Five (5) or more years of experience with meeting facilitation and documentation; 
-Five (5) or more years creating and presenting internal and external status reports; 
-Five (5) or more years of experience with risk and issue management; 
-Experience with completing project deliverables within the scope, schedule, costs, and quality 
constraints; 
-Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall 
objectives; 
-Ability to provide effective communication and collaborative skills; 
-Experience in creating presentations and presenting to stakeholders; and 
-Experience providing excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base; 
-Experience developing and managing schedules for multiple projects; 
-Experience managing waterfall projects; 
-Experience with state government projects; 
-Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.; 
-Experience working with technical programming teams; 
-Ability to demonstrate a professional can-do attitude with the initiative to solve complex 
 problems;
