•             Architect will guide new integrations, development features,  and CoE/Salesforce improvement/optimization – ‘Train the Architect’ method – Architect will train other Architects. IQ sharing.

•             Architect with insight into commercial/financial/operations of the transportation business would be very beneficial.

•             Core Salesforce products in CSX environment: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud [candidates must know these]
