JOB DETAIL

  • Responsible for creating a Medicaid tool that provides case workers clarity of policy and system action to result in correct medical eligibility determination.
  • Review technical documentation from both our eligibility system vendor as well as federal and state policies.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to confidently interpret and develop complex materials to communicate policy and system complexities clearly to staff.
  • Review of existing policy and technical documents.
  • Incorporating policy changes into supportive documentation.
  • Development of a policy and technical tool.
  • Review and update data dictionaries regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business rules and requirements to changes.
  • Develop documentation for governance policies.
  • Build, review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with multiple teams and individual team members to ensure proper understanding and utilization of technical documentation.
  • Establish, integrate, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Medicaid, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and best practices.
