Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 years of related experience.
Proven experience programming languages commonly used in AI and ML development such as Python, Java, or C++.
Demonstrated coding experience in developing and delivering complex, distributed, enterprise class software.
Documented experience with the infrastructure required for the development and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Image Processing, and various generative AI techniques.
Experience with building and maintaining ML pipelines, including experience with fine-tuning, prompt tuning, benchmarking, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI and ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and testing methodologies
