JOB DETAIL

  • The Business Analyst is responsible for leading business requirements definition to successful completion, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, test and training plans.

  • Expertise with API's, Postman, database queries, Chalk, Sequence Diagrams.

  • Experience with Telecom domain, UI projects, splunk is plus

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.

  • Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.

  • Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

  • Gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements.

  • Works closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams.

  • Work with stakeholders and development team to determine project scope and vision, gather and prioritize collected requirements.

  • Proficient in utilizing user-centered design methodologies to solve technical problems.

  • Experience creating mockups and wireframes to convey functionality to stakeholders and the development team.

  • Experience creating and maintaining process maps and data flow diagrams.

  • Must be able to champion practices that ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation.

  • Requirements and managing all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing.

  • The position will be the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.

  • Create deliverables such as activity diagrams, use cases, user stories, entity-relationship diagrams, state transition diagrams, etc.

  • Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems utilizing knowledge of software applications and configuration.

  • 10 + years of experience.
