Install, configure, and maintain Pega Platform environments, including application servers, databases, and infrastructure components.
Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and health status of Pega applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Implement and maintain security measures, including user access controls, authentication, encryption, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage application deployments, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
Perform regular backups and data archival procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega application functionality, performance, and configuration.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, system administrators, and development teams on Pega platform-related issues.
Stay updated on the latest Pega Platform features, enhancements, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of system infrastructure.
