Looking for a Oracle Database Engineer/Developer.

Need to have performance tuning experience.

Would ideally like some AWS (RDS, EC2) experience.

Experience with Aurora would also be nice to have.

Will also be hosting office hours for the application teams so that they can get their Oracle questions answered.

25% of the role will be development (automation) and 75% will be support.

Oracle DBA vs Database Engineer: ideally would like to find a Database Engineer. Oracle DBA’s sometimes don’t have the skills to connect to the databases. Has had some success hiring DBA’s but the Engineers sometimes have a better DevOps mindset that this team would love to find.
