Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor the development team on Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and best practices.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
Foster collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders.
Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and follows established processes and guidelines.
Track and report on project progress, velocity, and performance metrics.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and define project requirements.
Continuously improve Agile processes and practices through feedback and retrospection.
Lead by example, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
