• 10+ years of experience, previous hands on software development, C# is preferred
• 4+ years of modern cloud patterns and usage with Microsoft Azure preferred
• Certifications preferred: Azure Solution Architect expert and/or Power Platform solution architect expert certification
• Rapid proof of concept / prototyping / demo to a software team usage of azure patterns
• Creation of visual diagrams that represent architecture following the C4 model, heavy focus on component diagrams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, decompose ambiguity from complex business requirements to create technical solutions/options
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, as well as vendors
• Documentation of work that meets relevant quality and compliance standards
• Ability to provide guidance to development teams
• Partner with the product group to understand business needs and work iteratively to propose technical solutions at a business level to inform and help make data driven decisions
