- Minimum 5 years’ experience solutioning Salesforce/implementing Salesforce
- REQUIRED: Minimum 8+ Salesforce certifications (must hold Architect level)
- End to end Implementation experience
- Must have a deep understanding of Salesforce applications and platforms (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Strong, deep understanding of Salesforce Integration Applications and Methodologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and persuasion skills
- Must be personable, confident, resourceful, flexible, and exhibit initiative
- Demonstrated success in helping clients make sense of what they’re investment in Salesforce can produce, using a creative and innovative approach
- The ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical resources is vital
- Preferred experience with custom application development
- Experience with the overall sales process and the ability to forecast sales cycles
- Team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, operations, etc.)
- Have a passion for excellence and exceeding expectations
- Organized and methodical; strong prioritization skills
- Have a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Preferred to have experience with financial services vertical(s) and sub-verticals
