Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or similar field; or comparable experience.
Must have the following certifications; ServiceNow System Administrator & ServiceNow App Dev.
Scripting and Development: Utilize advanced scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script) skills to create and optimize business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency.
A minimum of three years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration and analytics.
Minimum three years working with the ServiceNow platform with the majority of that time dedicated to analyst activities.
Able to communicate and translate complex technical terms into understandable simple terms for all customer groups.
Advanced knowledge of procedures, utilities, programming languages and operating systems.
Demonstrated ability to write computer code.
Uses logic and methods to problem solve.
Demonstrates effective technical troubleshooting and code debugging skills.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification.
