• Elicit, analyze, document user requirements and business needs, translating to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize backlog management tools (Jira and Confluence) to help prioritize, track and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Manage and set stakeholder expectations.
• Actively engage in all phases of Agile Scrum process, including sprint planning and stand-ups, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery
• Create visual representations of solution requirements through prototypes and wireframes, as needed.
• Ensure customer expectations have been met through deliverables.

Support software QA testing activities, providing insights into test scenarios and acceptance criteria to ensure product meets quality standards and user expectations.
