1. At least 5 years of experience programming in Scala
2. At least 3 years of experience working on big data projects
- Strong experience in big data technologies like AWS EMR and Apache Spark
3. Strong experience with serverless technologies (like AWS Dynamo DB and AWS Lambda)
- Chosen database is AWS Aurora (nice to have)
4. Strong unit testing using JUnit or ScalaTest
5. Technical experience in all of the areas listed below:
- Strong experience in processing with JSON files
- Ability to write complex SQL queries
- Strong experience in performance tuning and optimization
- Git/Maven/Gradle
