* Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation (7+ years). 

* Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts (7+ years) 

* Experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction. 

* Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations. Creating complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis. 

* Familiarity with data warehouse concepts. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports. 

* Strong technical writing skills. 

* Strong Excel skills, including visual basic, Power Query, pivot tables, pivot charts, and advanced formulas
