3.1. Discovery Implementation: Implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to identify and populate CIs within the Senate CMDB, leveraging existing data from SCCM, JAMF, and Asset Manager.

3.2. Data Enrichment: Enrich CMDB data by integrating and correlating information from Asset Manager, ensuring accurate and comprehensive CI records.

3.3. Integration Support: Provide support for integrating ITSM, SecOps (VR) applications with the CMDB, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

3.4. Documentation and Training: Document the implemented solution and provide training sessions to Senate's IT staff for effective management and utilization of the ITOM Discovery capabilities.
