Manages medium to large scope projects independently and partners with or works under the guidance of Senior Program Managers on large complex programs. Detailed responsibilities include -

•Oversee and contributes to project planning activities.

•Manage the execution of projects tasks and milestones according to plan.

•Build skill set to evaluate project related situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes.

•Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.

•Manage the financial aspects of the project.

•Analyze risk, establish contingency/response plans, identify trigger events, and establish responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.

•Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties. Gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained.
