Provide day-to-day operational support for the Kronos system, collaborating with other team members.
Address and resolve customer requests or incidents related to Kronos within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including end-users, to understand requirements and configure Kronos or develop solutions to meet those requirements.
Perform information technology functions relating to development and maintenance including coding, testing and documentation.
Design and configure integrations between Kronos and other business systems.
Debug, troubleshoot and fix issues for existing Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Interfaces, as well as develop new ones based on business requirements.
Develop test scripts, perform unit and integration testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Create new custom Kronos reports and alter existing ones as needed.
Work with Kronos support to resolve complex system issues with minimal oversight.
Optimize processes to reduce overall production support requests/incidents.
Follow IT-established change management process to promote changes to the production environment.
Solid understanding of computers, networks, Software and experienced using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability and willingness to work in a high-pressure environment and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies and software as part of Continuous Improvement and Optimization.
Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
