•    Collaborate with R&D Research scientist about Specification change request and maintain Specification in LIMS systems.
•    Ensure that master and reference data is managed in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Data include specifications and methods in LIMS. LIMS is a cGMP computerized system used in analytical development, quality control, and commercial manufacturing.
•    Create specifications for clinical and commercial in LIMS.
•    Create new or update Test methods, Test methods addendum, Label Master and Packaging Master.
•    Create new Storage and shipping conditions.
•    Maintains drug substance, drug product, raw materials and reference standards Specification on daily basis in LIMS system using the master specification copy as a source of truth in the document management system.
•    Provide US and world-wide support for other Gilead sites.
