• Responsible for implementation, administration, and maintenance of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in an environmental compliance laboratory

• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of Sapio products and services.

• Work with the Sapio team to develop and deploy solutions for the customer.

• Understands customer’s business case, current state and implementation roadmaps

• Interpret customer requests and translate them into functional requirements (recognize the distinction between user requests from the underlying true needs)

• Helps clarify details, questions and formalizes use cases between customer and Solution Architects.

• Work closely with the customer to understand the business requirements and processes.

• Configure the Sapio products to meet the time, budget, quality, and customer success criteria.

• Train customers on the configuration and use of the Sapio products

• Support customers in the subsequent implementation of the configuration

• Support Project Managers in the delivery of customer projects

• Follow Sapio agile deployment methodology.

• Document customer feedback and ensure issues are addressed to provide the best customer experience and ultimate success of the project.

• Meticulously manage all AE-related deployment services documentation Requirements

• 4 years’ experience with sapio implementation in LIMS

• Strong understanding of clinical pre-clinical data

• Understanding of instrument data and data management

• Knowledge of ELN preferred Ability to work with US-basedd client - Designation – Business Analyst (Sapio Implementation)
