1)            Should hold 10+ Years of Experience in SAP HCM (have done at least 4 end to end implementations)

2)            Should have 4-5+ Years of Experience in SAP MRS with SAP HCM Background. Should know MRS Configuration as well.

3)            Should know have SAP MRS Data base level of understanding.

4)            Should be aware of BIB Configurations. (Integration configuration between SAP HCM to Success Factor Employee Central)

5)            Working on Success Factor is an added advantage.

6)            Should know the integration of SAP HCM with different modules like Success factor, Field Glass and MRS.

7)            Working on the CPI will be an added advantage.

8)            Should have good communication and client handling skills.
